Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (DuitNow Instant Transfer)
• DuitNow QR
• Singapore PayNow – QR code will be generated at checkout. Kindly WhatsApp us the receipt after payment.
• Credit/Debit Cards via HitPay – 3% processing fee applies

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

If you wish to make a cash deposit via CDM, WhatsApp us your order and we will provide the latest bank details. (Please confirm before making a deposit, as bank details may change from time to time.)

Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds are processed via DuitNow Instant Transfer or CDM deposit (for cash deposits).
• All refunds are processed within 3 working days.

❗ Important: Contact us immediately to cancel or change your order. Orders are dispatched quickly, and once a package has been shipped, the sale is final—no refunds or returns will be possible.
