Shipping Charges
All orders of RM450 and above qualify for free courier shipping. Customers should select the “Free Shipping” option at checkout to enjoy this offer. This only applies to courier delivery via Ninjavan.

Nationwide Delivery (West Malaysia)
We provide alcohol delivery across West Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Ipoh, Cheras, and Melaka.

✅ Delivery Charges:

First bottle: RM10
Each additional bottle: RM5 (capped at RM20)
Beer cartons: Flat RM30
Orders above RM450 qualify for free delivery

All deliveries are shipped via Ninjavan and typically arrive within 2–3 working days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delays in Delivery ⏱
We aim to complete each order within 2–3 working days. However, floods, bad weather, high demand, or other unforeseen events may cause delays.

Customers will be informed of any delays.
Orders can be canceled without cost if the package hasn’t been dispatched.
Once a tracking number has been issued and the package picked up, orders cannot be canceled.

Changing Delivery Particulars ✏️
To make any changes after checkout, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can update delivery details before dispatch. If the package has already been shipped, we can attempt to re-arrange delivery, but additional charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Post-Delivery Issues ⚠️
If there are any issues with your package, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Return / Exchange 🔄

All products are non-refundable once shipped.
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. The new order must be of equal or higher value, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged bottles will be replaced, provided the issue is reported to us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.

We take packaging seriously to prevent breakages:

Bottles are bubble wrapped individually
An air pocket is added for extra protection
Packages are secure and discreet to ensure privacy
