💵 Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Orders must be paid before dispatch. Please make payment when placing your order.

We currently accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (via HitPay, 3% processing charges apply)

📦 Do you deliver alcohol across Malaysia?
Yes! We ship nationwide using Ninjavan.

✅ Delivery Charges:

• First bottle: RM 10
• Each additional bottle: RM 5 (capped at RM 20)
• Beer cartons: Flat RM 30
• Orders above RM 450 qualify for free delivery

⏱ When will I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched daily. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days depending on your location and Ninjavan’s schedule. You’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

We’ll send the Ninjavan tracking link via WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

❌ Do you deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)?
Currently, we only deliver within West Malaysia.

⚠️ What happens if my package is damaged?
If your bottles are damaged in transit, contact us immediately with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

✏️ Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched quickly, so changes must be made before shipping.

✅ Are your products genuine?
Absolutely! All products are 100% authentic and sourced from certified importers. Packaging may vary, but authenticity is guaranteed.

📦 Why doesn’t my bottle come with a box or stopper (dripper)?
Many liquor brands now reduce or remove boxes and stoppers to cut costs and reduce waste.

✅ The absence of a box or stopper does not mean the product is fake.
✅ All bottles are 100% genuine.
✅ Packaging may vary due to manufacturer updates.

📏 Do you have a minimum or maximum order?

• No minimum – buy as little as one bottle.
• No strict maximum, but large orders may be split into multiple deliveries.

⚖️ Is your service legally compliant?
Yes. Malaysian law prohibits the sale of alcohol to individuals under 21 or those who profess the religion of Islam. We reserve the right to cancel such orders. By using this site, you agree to Malaysian law.

💰 Why are your prices cheaper than competitors?
We source from multiple importers and purchase in bulk, allowing us to offer market-beating prices. No physical stores = lower overheads. We do not sell fake products.

📦 Is the packaging safe and discreet?
Yes! We provide the best possible packaging to prevent breakages:

• Bottles are bubble wrapped individually
• An air pocket is added for extra protection
• Packages are secure and unmarked to ensure privacy
